With generous donations from many candy and snack manufacturers and Webkinz, we are pleased to offer “Givin’ It Back Care Packs” as a fundraiser for our daughter, Kate to get a service dog.  Each include a Black Webkinz Poodle that looks similar to one of the dogs Kate will get.  The Webkinz toy is an educational toy that offers online adoption of this cute stuffed animal.   Kids can learn while playing games and earning “Kinz Cash” (virtual money) to care for their online friend.   With their Kinz Cash, they can purchase food, clothing, entertainment, toys, etc…  To learn more about Webkinz, visit www.webkinz.com

A pack like this would retail for about $35 without shipping and handling, for a $25 donation to a K9 for Kate, we will send a care package full of goodies and a Webkinz  to anyone you would like.   The price includes all shipping and handling.   Please contact us  for shipping information outside the United States.   Treats that maybe included are listed under Allergy Mom Approved Treats (Cookies, Chocolate Bars, Smarties, Apple Chips, Dried Fruit, Organic Candy, etc…).   All treats are made on dedicated lines and are free of the Top 8 Allergens.   If allergies are not a concern, we do have some treats that were donated that we could not use for the event because we could not verify processing procedures.  They are free of the Top 8 but, may not have been made on dedicated lines.  Please e-mail us name(s) and address(es )  of the receipiant(s) and let us know if the package is for someone with food allergies.   Each box includes a gift card with Kate & her brother Nick’s story on the back.  Let us know what you would like us to write on the gift card or if you have any other special instructions.    ak94kate @ yahoo .com

So, who can you send one of these goodies to?  Someone you need to thank,  a college student, a camper, a grandchild or child with food allergies, a friend, a lover, a client, a boss, a friend, someone in the hospital, someone that needs cheering up, Holiday gift, use your imagination.  If you would prefer we only send treats, please indicate that and we will double up on the treats and skip the Webkinz.   We also have lots of Kosher treats.  Please indicate if you need a Kosher gift pack.   We hope that this care pack will not only “make the day” of someone you know but, also encourage them to “pay it forward”  and do a good deed for others.
